2. General Information
Air Lines does not require a separate user account, and the developer does not operate a dedicated game backend. The app uses Apple services for purchases and Game Center. In the free version, Google AdMob provides restrained interstitial advertising and an optional rewarded ad for Continue. No third-party analytics SDK is used.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Game settings, tutorial progress, local scores and leaderboard entries, high scores awaiting submission to Game Center, and advertising-frequency information such as completed-round counts, accumulated gameplay time, and ad timestamps may be stored locally on your device.
Google’s consent SDK may also store your privacy choices locally. This information is used to provide the app’s settings, progress, leaderboard, consent, and restrained advertising functionality.
App data stored by Air Lines can be removed by deleting the app. Consent choices can also be reviewed from Settings where available.
4. Advertising and Consent
In the free version, Google AdMob supplies automatic interstitial ads only after eligible completed rounds and an optional rewarded ad when the player chooses Continue.
Depending on your consent and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, consent status, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, and—where permitted—personalize advertising.
Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers or local storage for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention.
Where required, the Google User Messaging Platform requests and stores your privacy choices before ads are requested. iOS separately asks whether Air Lines may access the advertising identifier under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
Declining tracking does not restrict gameplay; ads are requested without access to that identifier. Google privacy choices and the relevant iOS app settings can be reviewed from Settings.
Buying Remove Ads prevents automatic and rewarded ads from being displayed and grants one ad-free Continue per run.
5. In-App Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes purchase, transaction, account, and payment information under its own responsibility.
Air Lines checks Apple’s verified entitlement information to restore the purchase, including after reinstalling the app. The developer does not receive your full payment details.
6. Apple Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center nickname and player identifier, leaderboard scores, game activity, and information about matches and other players.
During online cooperative games, gameplay information and the shared timing state needed to coordinate round breaks are exchanged between the participating devices through Game Center. Leaderboard scores are submitted to Apple.
Apple processes this information under its own responsibility and according to its privacy terms.
7. Local Cooperative Play
For local cooperative games, the app uses Apple’s local connectivity technologies to find and connect nearby devices through the local network and supported peer-to-peer connections.
Your device name, gameplay data required for the match, and the shared timing state used to coordinate round breaks may be visible to or exchanged with the connected player.
This information is exchanged directly between the participating devices and is not transmitted to or stored by the developer.
8. Voice Chat and Microphone Access
The optional voice chat feature requires microphone permission. During an active online cooperative session, voice data is transmitted live to the connected player through the existing Game Center match.
The app does not record or permanently store voice conversations, and the developer does not receive or access their contents.
Microphone permission can be withdrawn at any time in the iOS Settings app.
9. Sharing and External Links
The optional sharing feature creates an image containing the app title and your local high score. Nothing is shared until you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet.
The selected service then processes the shared content under its own privacy terms.
Links to the developer website and third-party privacy information open outside the app; those websites are responsible for their own data processing.
10. Legal Bases, Recipients and Retention
App functionality requested by you is provided as part of the user relationship and, where applicable, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Processing for personalized advertising or tracking is based on consent where required (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn for the future through the available Google privacy controls and iOS settings.
Security, fraud prevention, and reliable operation may be based on legitimate interests where applicable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Depending on the features you choose, information may be received by Google, Apple, and a player connected to you. Apple and Google may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms and applicable transfer safeguards.
The developer does not sell personal data. Local data remains until removed by you or the app is deleted. Apple and Google retain information according to their own policies and your choices.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
